Grenadier Packaging bolsters carton capacity with Heiber + Schröder tray former installation at Grenadier Trenton site

Grenadier Trenton has completed the installation of a new Heiber + Schröder CE 1000-2 Tray Former, marking the latest milestone in its continuing journey of strategic investments and technical advancement.
The new machine provides a significant upgrade to the folding carton specialist’s capacity, delivering additional output, flexibility, shorter changeovers between jobs, and reduced downtime. It ensures Grenadier Trenton can offer an even greater range of options to its customers, supporting its leading folding carton operations and specialist tray-forming capability.
Ross Diamond, Managing Director at Grenadier Packaging, said the investment highlighted the company’s determination to evolve in response to customers’ shifting packaging requirements. “Packaging is changing quickly, and we want to stay one step ahead to ensure we continue to add value to customer projects,” he said. “The addition of the Heiber + Schröder machine is just the latest demonstration of that. It greatly expands our folding carton offer, strengthening our ability to meet customer needs while also boosting quality and speed.
The news represents the latest development in Grenadier Packaging’s strategic growth mission. Earlier in the year, the company appointed James Slack as General Manager of Grenadier Trenton, bringing over 25 years of print and packaging experience to the role.
