5. Placing Orders

Orders are only accepted when confirmed in writing by us.

By placing an order, you confirm:

• All artwork, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications are approved
• You have authority to enter into the agreement on behalf of your business

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Standard payment terms are 30 Days EOM
• Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
• Title to goods remains with us until payment is received in full

7. Delivery & Lead Times

We will use reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates; however:

• Lead times may vary due to material supply, manufacturing capacity, or logistics issues
• Late delivery does not entitle cancellation unless agreed in writing
• Risk passes on delivery; title passes upon full payment

Shortages, over-runs, and manufacturing tolerances may apply as per industry standards (e.g., ±10%).

8. Quality & Liability

If goods are defective due to manufacturing error:

• You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery
• We may request samples, photographs, or collected goods to assess the issue
• Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or credit of the affected goods only

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Customer-supplied artwork errors
• Storage, humidity, or handling defects after delivery
• Issues arising from third-party use, co-packing, or transit damage unless insured by us

9. Website Availability

We aim to keep the site running smoothly but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• The absence of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities

We may suspend the website for maintenance or upgrades without notice.
